Alot of people have HDTV's that aren't 1080p. Also, alot of people might not upgrade their HDTV's (480p/720p/1080i) for awhile. Majority of people are satisfied with their DVD9 collection upscaled. 1080i is already broadcasted thru Satellite and Cable TV programs. A 1080i player will settle them fine.

I just asked on the other Paramount: Transformer's HD-DVD Hi-Res losses thread about the diffrence between Hi-Res & Dolby Pro Logic sound. I see there is no diffrence. I dissagree with his replay. I'll give it 5/5. Other than that, good review, my man!!!!

Despite the fact that I'm sticking to DVD9 because of this war, can anyone of you guys can tell the diffrence between Dolby Pro Logic II sound and Hi-Res Sound?! I have a Onyko 1000-watt Surround System and when I watch HBO HD, Showtime HD, or any HD channel, it sounds good to me the way it is. This HD-DVD and Blu-Ray war is "way outta" control.

Two Worlds is one of those games you hear bad reviews, but you try it anyway. After the first 30 minutes, I was hooked. The game is huge!! There are so many side quest you must complete to strengthen yourself in order to take on the main quest. You'll get use to the framerate and the awful horseback controls. And the funny thing about this game, I'm not the only one who feels this way about this game. There are a few guys I know who are hooked also.

Microsoft can care less about HD-DVD or Blu-Ray. Their focus is on Digital Disturbution. HD-IPTV is what they're banking on.
